Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies and targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, preparation and delivery of engaging proposals, and negotiation to close deals. In addition, the role involves mentoring and managing a team to achieve performance goals effectively.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic Planning, Problem Solving, and Team Leadership capabilities
• Experience with Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
• Solid understanding of the construction and engineering industry
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for further certifications or training in sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment
• Experience in managing a sales team is an advantage
