Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Track real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to strategic planning.
