IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is an Indian company specializing in drone technologies for applications such as agriculture, survey, and surveillance. Our Heavybot 10, Heavybot 4 and DrIshti, we have started supplying to Army and defence sector. We also develop AI applications for drone-based tasks and have created our own LiDAR for highly accurate aerial surveys. Our drones are used in projects with DRDO and other defense organizations. We are looking to expand our Defence team with bright and young minds especially young veterans seeking transition would be helpful.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager for Defence, located in the Gurgaon. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, building relationships with defense organizations, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met. This will also involve travelling to sites and exhibitions for Business development

Qualifications

Preferably Short Service Commissioned veteran seeking transition.

• Proven experience in sales management within the defense sector
• Strong understanding of drone technologies and their applications
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with defense clients and organizations
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Technical knowledge related to drones and advanced imaging technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with DRDO or other defense organizations is a plus
