Senior Marketing Manager

IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is a drone manufacturing company located at Gurgaon (www.iotechworld.com). We are looking for a Senior Marketing Lead and the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing Company's marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing,
• 5+ years' of marketing experience mainly ATL and Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall marketing strategy of the company,
• Leading and driving the marketing team to achieve the corporate goals,
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools,
• Should have good experience in rural marketing strategy like ATL and BTL,
• Social Media Management: Handle Daily operations, Content Strategy, engagement & Performance tracking across platforms, Monitoring trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
• Website & Content Strategy: Develop content briefs, analyze traffic, and optimize user experience. ;Develop marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).Presenting campaign proposals, strategies, and performance reports to Management
• Digital Campaign & CRM handle: Plan and execute campaigns, email marketing, and CRM database management.
• SEO & Paid ads: Identify keywords, optimize search ads, Meta and monitor ROI.
• Effectively manage social media account, brand creation, must be excellent in content creation
• Focus on Brand building activities and Corporate Communications
• Lead the marketing team
• Oversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns
• Develop third party partnerships
• Collaborate with senior management and sales team leaders to develop marketing strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project management skills and attention to detail.
