Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute

  online and offline marketing campaigns

  to generate and convert student leads
• Manage

  CRM and admissions funnel

  : inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and reporting
• Build and maintain a strong

  education network in Pune and Mumbai

  , including:
• Schools and junior colleges
• Coaching institutes and training centers
• Career counselors and EdTech partners
• Plan and conduct

  seminars, info sessions, workshops, and outreach events

• Execute on-ground marketing activities

  such as college visits, kiosks, student meet-ups, and campaigns
• Lead outreach initiatives for

  career fairs, webinars, and city-level awareness programs

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital presence

  (SEO/SEM)
• Run

  paid marketing campaigns

  on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Coordinate with designers for creatives, posters, ads, and campaign assets
• Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and ensure

  lead-to-admission conversion efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience

  in education marketing, admissions, or digital outreach
• Strong

  connections within Pune/Mumbai education ecosystem

  (preferred)
• Proven experience with

  seminars, college tie-ups, and on-ground activations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, CRM tools, and WordPress

• High-energy, self-driven professional who can manage campaigns end-to-end
