Position: Assistant Faculty – Data Science 📍 Location: Pune (On-site | Full-time) 🏫 Institute: Garware College Campus, in collaboration with SDBI We are hiring an Assistant Faculty to support the delivery of our B.Sc. in Data Science program at Garware College, Pune. This is a full-time, on-campus role ideal for individuals passionate about teaching and helping students strengthen their fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, and programming. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on practical sessions across Data Science subjects Create and update notes, exercises, and supplementary learning content Assist senior faculty with evaluation, assessments , and content development Conduct doubt-solving sessions and remedial practice classes Lead bridge courses to strengthen foundational knowledge in: Basic Mathematics Introductory Statistics Programming (Python preferred) Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields Strong command over basic programming, statistics, and data handling tools Prior teaching, mentoring, or TA experience is a plus Enthusiasm for working with undergraduate students and supporting their academic journey How To apply: Send your updated resume to info@sdbi.in with the subject line: "Application – Assistant Faculty (Pune)" Show more Show less
