Job Description – Senior Sales Manager (Male)

Location: Kannur & Trivandrum

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience) + Monthly TA/DA

Age Limit: 20 – 35 years

Working Days & Time: Monday – Saturday, 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional business targets.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.

* Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with clients across assigned regions.

* Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections to expand business opportunities.

* Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and present reports to management.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales operations and customer satisfaction.

* Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business forums.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field (Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred).

* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Proficiency in English and local languages (as per regional requirement).

* Willingness to travel within assigned regions for client meetings and site visits.

* Ability to work independently, manage targets, and handle pressure effectively.
