Pinetics Private Limited India | US | UK hr@pinetics.com www.pinetics.com Position: Senior Sales Manager – International Engineering Services Role Overview: · We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager – International Engineering Services with 10+ years of proven experience in driving revenue and business growth in the global engineering services sector. This is a high-impact role responsible for expanding our international customer base, owning revenue targets, and leading strategic sales initiatives across Europe, North America, and other key markets. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in engineering services (electronics hardware, embedded systems, IoT, medical, automotive, industrial automation). · Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients, focusing on startups and mid-sized product companies seeking outsourced product development. · Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Product Managers, R&D Heads) in target geographies · Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, technical presentations (with the help of the Engineering team), negotiation, and contract closure. · Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and other teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure seamless project handover to the Delivery team. · Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to identify new business opportunities. · Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records; report regularly to leadership on progress and market insights. · Hire, mentor, and coach junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. · Minimum 10 years of international sales experience in engineering services, electronics product development, or embedded systems. · Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, high-value deals in global markets. · Deep understanding of the full product development life cycle, including ideation, design, prototyping, compliance, and manufacturing. · Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Expertise in global market strategy, cross-cultural communication, and relationship management. · Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot); data-driven approach to pipeline and performance management. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a strong plus. · Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
