Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student enrollments by generating leads through personal outreach, partnerships, college/university visits, and digital platforms.
  • Promote and present Augmintech’s courses to students and institutions, ensuring strong awareness and brand visibility.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve consistent sales performance.
  • Assist team members in closing high-potential leads and managing client interactions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client and institutional relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze and report sales performance while coordinating closely with the Business Development team for strategy alignment.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Finance, EdTech or B2C Sales.
  • Demonstrated team management/leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in institutional sales and client handling preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
