IMMEDIATE JOINER REQUIRED Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate Project Location: Ambarnath Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Real Estate Sales Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation Drive sales for residential projects and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual targets. Strategize & execute sales campaigns to maximize bookings and revenue. Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, digital platforms, and corporate tie-ups. Market Knowledge & Research Possess in-depth knowledge of the Ambarnath, Badlapur, and Kalyan real estate market. Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, and customer preferences. Suggest product positioning and pricing strategies based on market insights. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Build long-term relations with clients by providing professional pre- and post-sales support. Handle site visits, negotiations, and closure of sales. Guide customers through agreement, registration, and loan processing. Team Management & Leadership Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales executives. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure team achieves sales targets. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions. Process & Documentation Oversee agreement procedures, registration, payment collection, and handover process. Ensure RERA compliance and proper documentation in all transactions. Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth operations. Business Development & Networking Develop and maintain strong relations with channel partners, brokers, and investors. Organize promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions for project visibility. Explore corporate bulk deals and institutional sales opportunities. Target Achievement & Reporting Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall project profitability. Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends for management. Recommend innovative strategies for business growth. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of Ambarnath, Badlapur, and Kalyan real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills. Strong customer orientation with ability to build lasting relationships. Proven leadership in handling sales teams and achieving targets. Knowledge of agreement procedures, legal compliance, and RERA guidelines. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools. Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field. Minimum 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
