Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Caesar II Trainer to mentor students and young professionals in piping stress analysis . The ideal candidate should have hands-on project experience and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. This role is perfect for professionals who want to contribute to upskilling India’s future engineers. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions on Caesar II software and piping stress analysis. Teach key topics including stress calculations, support types, expansion loops, and code compliance (e.g., ASME B31.3 ). Guide students through real-time projects , case studies, and simulations. Design course content, assignments, and evaluation tests. Provide doubt-clearing sessions and project mentorship. Stay updated with industry standards and software upgrades. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Caesar II in industrial projects. Sound knowledge of pipe stress principles and piping codes. Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus . Strong communication and presentation skills.
