Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary: B2B Sales  We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Scrap Trading industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the scrap materials market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients, negotiating deals, and increasing revenue through the sale and purchase of scrap materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, paper, and electronic waste. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the scrap trading market (local and/or international). Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with buyers and suppliers. Monitor market trends, pricing, and demand to optimize sales strategy. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.. Proven sales experience, preferably in scrap trading, commodities, or recycling. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of different types of scrap materials and industry standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as needed.. Understanding of environmental regulations and recycling processes. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation: Competitive salary + commission/incentives based on performance.
