Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Development Representative. The day-to-day tasks include generating leads, working on inside sales, communicating with potential clients, and supporting sales and business development efforts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Outbound Prospecting

    : Engage prospects across US, EU, APAC via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more to spark conversations and qualify leads.
  • Conduct

    high-volume outbound prospecting

     (80-100 calls per day, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to generate interest and build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Identify, research, and engage with decision-makers

     at target accounts by leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or company websites to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify pain points, decision-making processes, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional market dynamics.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and higher conversions.

  • Requirements:


    • 2- 4+ years of experience as an SDR with a B2B SaaS company.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior enterprise executives.
    • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach).
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • Plus points if you have ProcureTech experience
    • Goal-driven mindset, ability to work independently, and excellent time management.
    • Strong research and analytical skills to understand customer needs.
