Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Conversion

• Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations.
• Conduct need-based discussions with parents and students to recommend the right CollegePass programs.
• Drive conversions through follow-ups and persuasive communication.

• Sales Execution

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals to showcase value.
• Maintain a consultative, student-first approach in every pitch.

• CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and activity data in CRM systems.
• Track and report weekly progress on sales performance and revenue generation.

• Collaboration

• Share feedback from client conversations with marketing and advising teams to improve offerings.
• Coordinate with operations and advising teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 2–5 years of proven B2C sales experience (education, edtech, test prep, or consulting preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (other Indian languages a plus).
• Ability to manage high call volumes and deliver impactful consultations daily.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved.
• Lead-to-conversion ratio.
• Average deal size and efficiency of sales cycle.
• Client satisfaction (referrals, feedback).
