Senior Sales Associate

The envoPAP Sales Associate position entails covering Global sales in designated regions. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing CRM processes, building dashboards, and running reports. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be expected to present sales reporting and forecasting with ease. You should possess great presentation skills to convey complex topics and solutions clearly. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, along with deep knowledge of the sales process, emphasizing follow-up and updates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, nurturing strong customer relationships, processing new sales leads, managing correspondence between the sales team and clients, and tracking sales targets. Supporting other team members as needed, recording sales trends, and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies are also part of the role. Staying updated on new product launches and ensuring the sales team is aligned, prospecting for leads, outbound reach, and cold contacts will be crucial for success. In terms of competencies, you will be expected to seek business development opportunities within defined areas or sectors. Heading up expansion in new markets, locating potential business deals, planning marketing initiatives, and assisting the Head of Business Development are key responsibilities. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, conducting market research, generating leads, and supporting local marketing activities will also be part of your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, is required. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, along with at least 2 years of sales experience. Proficiency in English is a must, and the work location is in person.,
