Senior Sales Executive / Account Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand client needs, and position our marketing solutions.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with decision-makers (CXOs, Marketing Heads, Founders).
  • Manage deal values upto 5 Lakhs and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop account strategies to expand into mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and reporting via CRM (Zoho/HubSpot or similar).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to sharpen positioning.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of proven experience

    in B2B sales (digital marketing, SaaS, or advertising services preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in

    closing mid-market/enterprise deals

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to run consultative sales conversations and discuss ROI with C-level executives.
  • Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with longer enterprise sales cycles is a strong plus.
