Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure—consistently meeting or exceeding net-new revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for prospective mid-market clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including champions and decision-makers.
  • Engage in daily sales activities such as prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, demonstrating value, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts with high visibility into pipeline health and performance, while maintaining best-in-class CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional GTM teams including BDRs, Pre-Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful outcomes.

You Should Apply If You:

  • Have 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in sales, particularly targeting mid-market accounts.
  • Are experienced in a metrics-driven pipeline generation approach with a focus on weekly activity and qualified pipeline additions.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas and have a proven track record of performance.
  • Bring a background in SaaS sales and value-based selling techniques such as MEDDPICC.
  • Are well-versed in modern sales methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrate executive presence and have the ability to sell and influence across all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with deep expertise in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • (Bonus) Have experience selling Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions to services leadership teams.
