We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Account Executive who has a proven track record of closing B2B deals and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand client needs, and position our marketing solutions. Conduct consultative sales meetings with decision-makers (CXOs, Marketing Heads, Founders). Manage deal values upto 5 Lakhs and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Develop account strategies to expand into mid-market and enterprise clients. Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Maintain pipeline visibility and reporting via CRM (Zoho/HubSpot or similar). Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to sharpen positioning. Requirements: 4–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales (digital marketing, SaaS, or advertising services preferred). Demonstrated success in closing mid-market/enterprise deals . Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to run consultative sales conversations and discuss ROI with C-level executives. Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
