Senior Sales Account Executive

in sales, you will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in

generating revenue, maintaining client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor

to our customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions while ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned territories and markets.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Account Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
    • Understand clients' business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Client Engagement & Retention
    • Build long-term partnerships with clients by providing outstanding service and support.
    • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high levels of client retention.
    • Conduct regular account reviews, presentations, and business updates.
  • Collaboration & Strategy
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
    • Provide feedback from the market and customers to influence product development and service enhancements.
    • Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to support organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales, account executive roles, or business development.
  • Strong ability to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve client challenges.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
