The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Aurva. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customers security transformation journey. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customers key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Aurva. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services that establish Aurva as your customers cybersecurity partner of choice. Position, demonstrate, and architect high-level solutions across the Aurva portfolio tailored to the customers business and technical needs. Lead discovery sessions to uncover and articulate key technical, operational, and commercial drivers, aligning Aurvas solutions with customer priorities. Ensure smooth and successful execution of POCs and deployments through close collaboration with internal deployment, partner, and PS teams, taking full ownership of the technical delivery process. Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops Support RFP and security review processes by crafting tailored technical responses, aligning Aurvas capabilities with customer requirements and compliance expectations. Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities. Promote end-to-end solutions by positioning Aurva and partner-led professional services to accelerate time-to-value and ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes. Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Aurvas unique value to differentiate in customer conversations. Continuously invest in developing your technical and professional skills to elevate customer impact, while actively engaging with the Solutions Consultant community and contributing at industry events. Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap Your Experience Experience working with on-premise systems and hybrid environments, including deployment, integration, or security of self-hosted infrastructure. Strong understanding of data networking, modern application architectures, and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that address complex technical challenges and influence strategic business initiatives. Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders prior experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or solution consulting role is highly preferred. Skilled in creating and delivering technical presentations, hands-on workshops, and proof-of-value engagements. Track record of collaborating with Customer Support and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer success. Familiarity with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, extended timelines, and multi-product solutioning. Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills alongwith presentation skills.
