Designation: Senior Manager Department: Risk Reporting to: Head – Risk Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai Education: CA / MBA – Finance (Full-Time) Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Credit/Risk Management for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Key Responsibilities / KRAs Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and present key findings and risk insights to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and refine risk triggers and early warning indicators. Formulate, review, and update credit policies for SCF based on portfolio trends and risk dynamics. Develop and implement strong Early Warning Systems (EWS) to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Design and maintain underwriting/risk scorecards to support credit decision-making. Monitor stock audits and ensure timely resolution of exceptions. Oversee delinquency management with a focus on minimizing NPAs. Ensure timely Post Disbursement Document (PDD) collection and tracking. Support the development and enhancement of SCF systems and tools.
