Role & responsibilities • Leading and coordinating Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments. • Monitoring and reviewing business process risk assessments. Coordinating and monitoring group wide incident reporting including action planning related to incident reports. Leading education and training related to risk management initiatives. • Aggregation, monitoring and evaluation of risk exposures across the group. Building and maintaining relationships with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders. Partnering with technology in the provision of business requirements to support strategic risk initiatives including best in class functionality to support analytical requirements. On an ad hoc and quarterly basis partnering with Executives and other key stakeholder groups in preparation of risk-related content for the Board. Assessment and management of all business-related financial risks including FX, interest rate, political, social, economic, and operational including fuel hedging and counterparty risk management. Active management of the portfolio of FX exposures and transactional risks that the group may face on an ongoing basis. Monitoring and evaluation of Group and subsidiary insurance programs including P&I, FD&D and Chartering coverage. • Assessment and implementation of the active hedging program in accordance with group policy. JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE Business Development Executive JOB LOCATION Mumbai COMPANY Synergix Services Private Limited DEPARTMENT Business Development REPORTS TO Finance Controlled REMPLOYMENTTYPE Full Time LEVEL Manager DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct market research and data analysis to support team members in identifying new business opportunities. Assist in tracking industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to help refine business strategies. Support the internal documentation of business development processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management, based on research and internal data. Maintain and update customer and prospect information within the company's CRM system. Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, ensuring alignment between different teams and business development initiatives. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to gain exposure to internal business operations and decision-making processes. Provide administrative and operational support to the various team, including managing correspondence and organizing documentation. Support the execution of internal projects related to business growth, market expansion, and process improvements. DIRECT REPORTS Monthly reporting to the Senior Management, summarizing research findings, progress on tasks, and key learning outcomes. QUALIFICATIONSMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of experience in business development support, market research, or a related field. Internship or prior experience in an internal business development role is a plus. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Familiarity with business development processes, data management, and CRM systems. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Certification in Business Analytics, CRM Management, or Market Research is beneficial. QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED SKILLS Strong analytical and research skills to support business development initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and reporting. High attention to detail and ability to organize and maintain accurate records. Basic understanding of business development principles and internal operations.
