Senior Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead and manage hiring across our Vocational

Business vertical. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for all hiring

requirements – spanning both tech and non-tech roles. The ideal candidate should bring

strong communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, and the agility to work smartly in a

fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary liaison for all recruitment needs across the vocational business.

● Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech positions, ensuring alignment with

business requirements.

● Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and

timelines.

● Manage bulk hiring drives as well as niche role closures with equal efficiency.

● Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies

(portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing).

● Conduct screening, shortlisting, interviews, and coordination with stakeholders.

● Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate

experience.

● Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and candidates.

● Provide regular hiring status updates to leadership.

Requirements

● 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech or high-growth

industries.

● Proven expertise in managing both tech and non-tech hiring.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.

● Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.

● Track record of driving hiring closures independently.

● Must be based in/willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Work From Office role).
