Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various positions at all levels
• Partner with HR Head as well as internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand recruiting priorities to fulfill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and interview teams to guide and implement an effective and efficient interview process
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms and channels
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Perform reference checks and negotiate job offers with potential hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Brandmovers by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
• Leverage internal processes to track candidate progress through the funnel and keep consistently clean data for reporting
• Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in HR or related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for advertising agencies and digital agencies
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
• Strong Excel or Google suite skills.
• Excellent candidate management capabilities, including managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to offer.
• Proven track record of building relationships with cross-functional partners
• Understanding of the digital media landscape with knowledge of the latest tools and technologies used in the industry.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible to deal with ambiguity and be adaptable to rapid change.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and methodologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search or other similar capabilities.
• Comfortable doing consistent targeted reachouts on LinkedIn, Instagram and other platform, while at the same time keeping the data organised as per the funnel.
