Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to final offer.
• Specialize in hiring for senior-level and niche roles across multiple departments.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, internal databases, and referrals.
• Egage passive talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, especially senior-level hiring.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, sourcing tools, and job market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and networking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Any Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.
