Job Description

Senior Recruiter

Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across core teams.
Develop and execute sourcing and branding strategies aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent.
Continuously improve hiring processes to enhance quality and reduce time-to-fill.
Represent the firm in the India market and manage relationships with external agencies.
Analyze and report on key hiring metrics; identify areas for improvement.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
Strong international exposure or experience working with global teams.
Background in HFT or hedge funds
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Independent and confident, yet collaborative and open to feedback.
