Senior Trader

We're building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are looking for a Senior Crypto Trader with around 6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale quickly into a Head of Trading role. What You’ll Do: Run your own crypto trading strategy from day one Full ownership: from idea to execution, including risk and performance tracking Optimise and operate ultra-low latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategies Scale P&L and build out infrastructure around your trading edge Help shape the future structure and direction of the trading business What We’re Looking For: Currently live with a crypto strategy — or has done so recently Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk Hands-on with Python/C++ for rapid development and testing Strategic thinker with tactical execution and leadership potential Available to start within 6 months max (non-compete OK) Compensation: Base up to $200K USD Strong P&L share Fully remote-friendly (outside of US due to regulatory structure) Show more Show less
