JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Trader with 5+ years of proven experience in executing and leading full-funnel digital campaigns across top-tier DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt), premium media platforms (Teads, YouTube, Snapchat), and social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on expert who excels in fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
He/She will be responsible for owning campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple channel types including Display, Video, Audio, Native, and CTV. Beyond execution, this role demands someone who can lead and mentor a team, drive performance with actionable insights, and contribute to continuous improvement through innovation and learning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven hands-on experience in managing campaigns across major DSPs such as The Trade Desk (TTD), StackAdapt, and DV360. DV360 experience and specifically YouTube experience is a big plus
- Exposure to premium platforms like Teads and Social Media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn is a big plus
- Manage full funnel media strategies including Display, Video, Native, Audio, and CTV
- Oversee day-to-day campaign performance, pacing, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Provide strategic recommendations and performance insights to internal teams and clients
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of traders and analysts, fostering a growth-driven team culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams account managers, strategy, data, and creative – to deliver integrated results
- Train team members on new tools, best practices, and platform updates
- Keep updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative campaign strategies
- Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the business including audience planning and insight, products, and proprietary media as part of the overall campaign execution
- Consistently manage and deliver campaigns through your portfolio of our esteemed customer, with the highest degree of service, strongest results and without error
- Seek opportunities to not only grow and develop client campaigns but look for ways to improve the existing products used by Customer
- Test and learn different optimization strategies and share knowledge with the team
- Complete support in answering client queries
- Preparing process documents whenever needed
- Implement automation wherever needed
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum
5+ years
of experience in programmatic trading or media buying. - Prioritized

- Strong understanding of audience targeting, data integration, and measurement strategies
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to break down complex concepts to CSMs and team members
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience – ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and innovate in a rapidly evolving landscape
- Should be Well versed on CRM tools
- Analyzing and suggesting various strategies on effective Monetization of the inventory based on periodical analysis and reporting to the revenue management teams
- Good understanding of Fill rate optimization, Use rate optimization, Header Bidding, Ad Prioritization and Real Time Bidding along with performance optimization for brand reach
- Should expertise on programmatic deals such as Private Marketplace, VAST- based, Programmatic Guaranteed, Direct Connections and Header Bidding on different platforms
WORKING HOURS:
- 9 hours daily: working from 1:30pm-10:30pm (IST)
