Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter Location: Mohali (On-site)

Shift Timings: US Shift timings (8:30 PM-5:30 AM) IST or UK Shift timings (1:30 PM-10:30 PM) IST.

What we are looking for: We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and results driven Senior Recruiter to join our team who can refine and standardize our recruitment process. This role is crucial in creating the pipeline of potential candidates for different IT and non-IT profiles and filling the vacant positions in the deadlines and is perfect for individuals looking to excel in their recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide training to the recruitment team.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.

• Use job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, to source candidates.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring technical and non-technical roles.

• Negotiate compensation packages (hourly rates, salaries, benefits).

• Guide the team to find the potential candidates to fill the vacant position timely.

• Assess resumes and technical expertise in areas such as:

1. Cybersecurity: SOC analysts, vulnerability management, threat intelligence.

2. Network Engineers: Routing, switching, firewalls.

3. L1/L2Support: Windows/Linux OS, desktop support, troubleshooting, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).

4. Sales Executives, Account Managers and other non-IT profiles.
