Job Title- L1 Support Engineer Company- SafeAeon Location- Mohali Shift - Night Experience - 1 to 3 years We are looking for a detail-oriented L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level IT support, including ticket management, basic troubleshooting, and remote assistance. You’ll support tools like VDI , MS Office , NinjaOne , and SharePoint , ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
