Designation: L1 Support Engineer

Qualification

  • 0.6 to 2 years of work experience in an IT Support Engineering role
  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with users.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic printer, networking related issues.
  • Hands on experience in using IT Support Help Desk tools like

    Freshservice, Service Now

  • Knowledge of remote access systems such as

    Any desk, TeamViewer, SCCM, RDC etc.,

  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows/Mac OS.
  • Hands on experience in configuring and managing a Microsoft Azure Active Directory environment & Strong Verbal communication & problem-solving skill.
  • Knowledge on Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and / or as a member of a team.
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.

Responsibilities :

  • Handling IT tickets raised by users through the

    Freshservice

    Helpdesk tool.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding

    ,

    install

    and

    configure

    computer systems and applications within the company.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, hardware, software, and network configuration.
  • Monitor daily performance of technical systems, network, VC devices and asset management.
  • IT Asset Management includes Inventory, Purchase, Processing PO etc. Knowledge on anti-virus-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting MDM/ MAM Related issues.

The candidate should also be willing to travel if support is required.
