About the Role:

Senior Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 20–25 open requisitions at any given time
• Engage with 10–15 stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and alignment
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle (360-degree recruitment)
• Source candidates directly for niche and critical roles
• Conduct market mapping and proactive talent pipelining
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance standards
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and closing niche roles
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Adaptability to changing processes and business needs
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
