Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to final offer. Specialize in hiring for senior-level and niche roles across multiple departments. Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, internal databases, and referrals. Egage passive talent and build a strong candidate pipeline. Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements. Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates. Track and report recruitment metrics to drive process improvements. Requirements: 4–5 years of proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, especially senior-level hiring. Strong knowledge of industry trends, sourcing tools, and job market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and networking platforms. Ability to manage multiple mandates in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. Any Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.
