Director of Product Management (Software) What You Will Be Doing Senior Software Product Manager - Driver Experience ChargePoint is seeking a dynamic Senior Software Product Manager to lead the development of cloud and mobile products that serve both our networked charging infrastructure and the consumer drivers who rely on it daily. This role offers the opportunity to innovate the next generation of our driver experience platform and the ChargePoint mobile app , ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for EV drivers across navigation , charging , marketplace transactions , and in-app advertising . What You Will Bring to ChargePoint Design and build scalable, user-friendly features across the iOS app from charger discovery and session start/stop to payments and live updates Use Swift , SwiftUI , and modern iOS frameworks to deliver clean, maintainable code Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ship reliable features fast Optimize performance for real-time use cases such as charger availability and route-based recommendations Implement secure and resilient flows for RFID-based charging, wallet management, and notifications Write unit and UI tests to ensure reliability and prevent regressions Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our iOS architecture Help guide technical discussions and mentor junior developers as needed Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling iOS applications in Swift Proficiency in SwiftUI , Combine, and UIKit Deep understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) Experience with REST APIs , JSON , offline handling , and real-time data flows Knowledge of Apple s Human Interface Guidelines and experience delivering polished, intuitive UIs Familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools Strong debugging skills and attention to detail Passion for clean energy, EVs, or mobility tech is a bonus! Reports To Senior AR Collection Supervisor What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a seasoned, focused and motivated Senior AR Collection Analyst who will be part of a fast-faced environment and an energetic team. Daily interaction with external and internal customers to assist, address inquiries, concerns from start to resolution effectively and efficiently. Routine AR portfolio review and account upkeep to high level. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments. Proactively execute collection activities, consistent follow up on outstanding transactions including disputed transactions, on account cash and refunds to closure. Delivers exceptional customer service internally and externally. Customer Master housekeeping ensuring accurate Accounts Payable contact related information. Completion of Vendor and other related AR forms. Extend support to team member as needed. AD Hoc task not limited to management report. What You Will Bring to ChargePoint Expertise in managing AR collection portfolio proactively, and successfully with A+ result. Strong skill sets, years of experience, enthusiasm, positive outlook, and outstanding work ethics. Customer focused; People oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with natural desire to create and strengthen business relationships. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience with expertise in Collection, a plus on subscription renewal portfolio, knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Understanding of AR/Collections policies, procedures, and regulations. Experience with ERP and CRM systems and platforms, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce. Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Pivot table and PowerPoint Experience on sales tax regulations and Avalara software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Highly analytical who can deal with complex issues; identify root cause and resolution.
