Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience with expertise in Collection, a plus on subscription renewal portfolio, knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Understanding of AR/Collections policies, procedures, and regulations. Experience with ERP and CRM systems and platforms, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce. Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Pivot table and PowerPoint Experience on sales tax regulations and Avalara software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Highly analytical who can deal with complex issues; identify root cause and resolution.
