Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lateral and leadership hiring, skilled in sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across IT and Non-IT sectors
Source and engage candidates using multiple channels and tools
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage salary negotiations
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership for recruitment strategy and updates
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics

Requirements:

3 to 7 years of proven recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT domains
Expertise in lateral and leadership hiring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred
