Job Summary

Roles and responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing client companies to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and strategic guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the entire recruiting process from initial job intake to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality non-IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Management:

    • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of non-technical roles, such as finance, sales, marketing, and operations, across multiple client industries.
    • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they are the best fit for both the client's requirements and culture.
    • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Business Development:

    • Leverage professional networks to generate leads and expand the staffing company's client base.
    • Engage in direct client negotiations and finalize staffing agreements.
  • Offer and Negotiation:

    • Present, negotiate, and finalize job offers with candidates and clients, ensuring a competitive and fair compensation package for all parties.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies.
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate submissions, and placement rates, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong emphasis on non-technical roles within a staffing or consulting agency.
  • Education:

    A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record:

    Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment quotas and client satisfaction targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • ATS Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Required skills

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients and manage challenging situations with diplomacy.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills:

    Proven ability to manage complex compensation discussions and successfully close candidates.
  • High Accountability and Autonomy:

    Capability to manage multiple priorities and client deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge:

    Broad understanding of market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices across various non-IT sectors.
