Senior Executive – QA

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  Backend Testing

  and

  API Testing

  to validate business logic and system behavior
• Design and execute

  test cases

  for RESTful APIs, services, and integrations
• Use tools like

  Postman

  ,

  Rest Assured

  , and

  SoapUI

  for manual and automated API validation
• Create and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using tools such as

  Selenium, Cypress, Mocha, JUnit

  , or

  TestNG

• Write test automation in

  JavaScript

  ,

  Java

  , or

  Python

• Participate in

  Agile sprints

  , collaborating with developers, DevOps, and product managers
• Help identify bugs, performance issues, and test coverage gaps
• Report test results, bugs, and quality metrics using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
• Support release cycles with regression testing and release validation

Must-Have Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in

  Backend and API Testing

• Proficiency in

  Postman

  ,

  Rest Assured

  , and/or

  SoapUI

• Strong understanding of

  web applications

  SaaS platforms

  microservices

• Experience with

  test automation frameworks

  (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, Mocha)
