Project Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project development including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements and design intent are met.
• Prepare and review project timelines, progress reports, and cost control measures.
• Supervise site teams to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and timely progress.
• Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage contracts, BOQs, billing, and documentation in coordination with commercial and accounts teams.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to track milestones and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering

  ,

  Architecture

  , or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage).
• 8–15 years of proven experience in project management within

  construction, interior fit-out, or infrastructure sectors

  .
• Strong understanding of

  project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / Excel

  .
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
