Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery. You'll oversee multiple projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment and can translate business goals into actionable execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution from scoping and planning to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Identify and resolve issues, blockers, and dependencies proactively.

Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear progress updates.

Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and documentation.

Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale or multi-team projects successfully.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data-driven decisions.

Experience working in tech, SaaS, or digital product environments.
