Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative, operational, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel or virtual events.

Handle emails, messages, and communication on behalf of executives or teams.

Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation as needed.

Organize digital files, spreadsheets, and databases for efficient access.

Assist with social media posting, basic content updates, and data entry.

Conduct internet research, compile data, and summarize findings.

Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools.

Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

Familiarity with task management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or HubSpot).

Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
