Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support a client in the USA. The role will involve a mix of administrative support, social media management, research, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment setting
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
  • Manage social media accounts (posting, commenting, responding to messages)
  • Prepare and send newsletters
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (tracking receipts, invoices, and cost entries)
  • Conduct research tasks as needed (e.g. venues, contacts, suppliers)

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate live café performances and small-scale events end-to-end
  • Conduct outreach to musicians/artists and follow up to secure performance commitments
  • Manage and confirm artist schedules and availability
  • Act as the main point of contact for performers and event-related inquiries
  • Handle venue rental inquiries and bookings
  • Lead event-related coordination, logistics, and follow-ups

Key Consideration

  • Relevant experience in social media management and administrative tasks
  • Proven experience in event coordination
  • Software: Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Other: Strong organizational and communication skills.
