You will play a critical role in expanding our B2B network and building meaningful relationships that turn into high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies aligned with company goals. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify target decision-makers. Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages at scale. Manage and grow our LinkedIn profiles and pages to attract and engage leads. Research and segment potential clients based on industry, role, and engagement. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for alignment on outreach goals. Maintain CRM entries and generate weekly lead generation reports. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B lead generation using LinkedIn. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithm, messaging etiquette, and automation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Dripify, Waalaxy, etc.). Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Ability to write compelling outreach messages and call-to-actions. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused.
