The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by managing all key activities such as business Development, relationship management, finance management, HR Management, Production management, etc. Responsibilities Build effective relationships with company's existing clientele, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members Qualifications Minimum Master's Degree 5+ years' of manufacturing management experience (Renewable Energy Sector is preferred) Strong verbal or written communication skills HR Management Skills Should have good knowledge in managing company financials (using Tally or equivalent software)
