Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead pan-India project management for new outlet openings. This leadership role will oversee the entire lifecycle of outlet development — from design finalization and vendor management to material selection, fit-outs, and timely delivery of projects. The candidate must be execution-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously across geographies. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Management: Plan, monitor, and execute all activities for new outlet launches across India. Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timelines. Design & Material Selection: Work closely with design teams to finalize layouts, approve materials, and ensure brand-standard specifications. Cost & Timeline Control: Monitor budgets, ensure adherence to CAPEX guidelines, and deliver projects within defined timelines. Quality Control: Conduct regular site audits to ensure construction, finishes, and brand elements meet abCoffee’s standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, supply chain, marketing, and BD teams for smooth handovers of ready outlets. Compliance & Approvals: Handle permits, licenses, landlord NOCs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Reporting: Maintain dashboards, trackers, and provide regular updates to leadership on project status. Requirements6–10 years of experience in project management, retail rollouts, or F&B fit-outs. Strong experience in vendor management, material procurement, and design execution. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel frequently across India. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high ownership. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical understanding of construction, interiors, and retail fit-outs. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth startup culture.
