Role & responsibilities: Client Escalation Management: Effectively address and resolve teams assigned client/project(s) escalations in a timely and professional manner. Scoping, Requirement gathering and deep diving functionalities solutions to address business requirements. Deployment & Delivery Control: Oversee and manage project deployments and deliveries to maintain quality and timeline adherence. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, departmental KRAs, and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze, plan and standards in reference to scheduled projects Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools. Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ownership: Team management skills are preferred, an added advantage, the role requires taking ownership to ensure projects are well-tracked and deliverables are met within defined timelines. Preferred candidate profile: Master's degree in IT/Project Management field or any other relevant degree. Proven experience in IT/Software project management Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition required. Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
