Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive on-ground marketing operations across Delhi NCR. The role will involve close coordination with the central marketing team in Mumbai to ensure that all marketing communications, campaigns, and brand activations are executed seamlessly and in line with abCoffee’s brand standards. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Execution: Ensure all marketing collaterals, campaigns, and communication at outlets in Delhi NCR are aligned with abCoffee brand guidelines. Local Coordination: Act as the bridge between the Delhi NCR operations team and central marketing team in Mumbai. On-ground Activations: Support and manage city-level campaigns, partnerships, and brand activations. Vendor Management: Coordinate with local agencies, vendors, and partners for timely and high-quality execution. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign execution, collect feedback, and share regular reports with the central team. Guest Engagement: Support guest-facing initiatives and ensure local marketing activities resonate with community and customer needs. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, retail/F&B marketing, or brand execution. Based in Delhi NCR, with strong ability to coordinate remotely with central teams. Hands-on, execution-driven, and proactive in solving on-ground challenges. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
