Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator   Industry: Numerology Experience: 5+ Years Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time Office Mode: 6 Days Working ( Mon-Fri Office, Sat WFH) Please find the job description for the role: The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee end-to-end project operations, ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounts, and Technical teams. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects while guiding cross-functional teams. The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with top management, providing timely insights, performance updates, and process improvements to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ·      Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards. ·      Act as the primary liaison between management and cross-functional teams, driving accountability and smooth workflow across departments. ·      Oversee floor operations, resolve escalations, and ensure departments are aligned on deliverables, dependencies, and priorities. ·      Create, manage, and optimize project schedules, reporting dashboards, and performance trackers for leadership visibility. ·      Provide strategic support to Sales & Marketing teams through data analysis, campaign coordination, lead management, and cross-department communication. ·      Collaborate with the Accounts team to monitor billing cycles, project budgets, financial documentation, and revenue tracking. ·      Present regular project health reports, risk assessments, and operational updates directly to senior management. ·      Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and drive efficiency across teams to reduce delays and improve outcomes. ·      Mentor and guide junior coordinators or support staff in project execution, documentation, and communication. ·      Utilize basic technical understanding to coordinate with IT/technical teams for system issues, workflow updates, and product/project requirements. ·      Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, project governance standards, and operational protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: ·      4–8 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, or cross-functional leadership roles. ·      Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills. ·      Expertise in coordination across multiple departments and managing stakeholder expectations. ·      Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities. ·      Advanced proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, dashboards, and reporting. ·      Ability to handle fast-paced environments, multitask, and independently manage priorities. ·      Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational workflows; basic technical aptitude preferred.
