Job Profile: Production/Packing/Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Office located at Kanhasaiya, Bhopal. The Candidate should have a vast experience in Supervisor and team handling at manufacturing Industry. The supervisor's overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.

Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling: You collaborate with the production planning team to develop production schedules, taking into account available resources, equipment, and customer demands. You ensure that production targets are achievable and develop contingency plans to address any issues or delays.

Team Management: You oversee a team of production workers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring their performance. This includes conducting regular performance evaluations, training employees on production processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Quality Control: You implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. This involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and addressing any deviations or non-conformities promptly.

Process Improvement: You identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the production workflow. This could involve implementing new technologies, streamlining processes, or identifying bottlenecks and developing strategies to overcome them.

Safety and Compliance: You enforce safety protocols and ensure that all production activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards. This includes conducting safety training, performing risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards.

Communication and Coordination: You serve as a liaison between different departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance. Effective communication is essential to coordinate activities, address issues, and ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Reporting and Documentation: You maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, quality data, and any relevant documentation. You may be required to prepare reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Problem-solving: As a supervisor, you are responsible for troubleshooting any production issues that arise, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or process inefficiencies. You work with your team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Overall, the role of a production supervisor requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of production processes, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. By overseeing and optimizing production operations, you play a crucial role in meeting production targets, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Education & Skills Required:

Any Graduate or Diploma with good administration skills. Experienced and Knowledgeable in team supervision.

Preference will be given to retired employee from a reputed organization (Govt./Pvt.)

Experience: 10+ Yrs in any Manufacturing Industry.

Salary:

Job Location: Kanhasaiya, Near Kokta Bypass, Bhopal(M.P)

Shift: Working hours as per job requirement/Overtime
