Senior Production Supervisor

Responsible for leading end-to-end production activities of water treatment plants, including UF, RO, STP, MB, and desalination systems. Manage manpower, resources, and machinery to ensure timely and cost-effective production. Oversee planning, assembly, fabrication, and quality checks in line with specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production operations, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timelines
• Supervise assembly, fabrication, and shop-floor activities
• Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams
• Optimize resource utilization and reduce production costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Maintain production records, MIS, and reporting to management

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in production management within water treatment plant / heavy engineering industry
• Leadership and team management skills with hands-on shop-floor experience
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, piping, pumps, membranes, and electrical/instrumentation integration

Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
