Senior Production Supervisor

As a Senior Production Supervisor at Camerry, you will be responsible for leading daily operations and team performance at our production plants. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and leading production teams across mixing, extrusion, freezing, and packing lines. - Achieving daily production targets and maintaining production efficiency (OEE, downtime control). - Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards. - Coordinating with maintenance for preventive equipment care. - Monitoring in-process quality checks and handling non-conformance actions. - Training and developing operators and junior supervisors. - Maintaining accurate production reports and ERP/SAP entries. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical or Production Engineering. - 7-10 years of experience in FMCG/ice cream/dairy manufacturing. - Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or shift-in-charge role. - Knowledge of HTST, homogenization, extrusion, freezing tunnels, and hygiene protocols. - Ability to manage shift teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments. - Comfort with rotational shift work.
